“BB&T Point is a multi-sport facility and as such we are anticipating playing youth, high school, college and professional soccer games here in the near future,” said Ken Lehner, Rockers President earlier this week.  “Thus, we have decided to invite local soccer enthusiasts out to enjoy the beautiful game and this critical high profile USWNT match, while encouraging them to stay after and cheer on their home town High Point Rockers who are in the midst of an exciting race to win the first half Atlantic League Liberty Division Championship, which would insure the Rockers a position in the playoffs come September.”

Come watch the FIFA Women’s World Cup Championship match from the field at BB&T Point on the 2,300 square foot jumbotron and stay for the Rockers game Sunday afternoon at 2:00PM against the Somerset Patriots.
